| Job Description | ◎Sourcing M&A opportunities, supporting due diligence, and managing negotiations and closings. ◎Cultivating new clients seeking support for business expansion, cross-border e-commerce, and import/export. ◎Building and maintaining robust relationships with local business partners and clients. |
| Requirements | Business-level or higher proficiency in both English and Japanese (must be capable of conducting negotiations and contract procedures in English). Proven track record and experience in M&A-related operations or corporate sales. |
| Ideal Candidate | Exceptional communication and negotiation skills capable of building deep trust with executive management. A professional mindset and hospitality, fully committed to the client’s business success. Deep knowledge of business and market trends in Japan, Hawaii, and the broader U.S. |
| Employment Type | Project-based contract (Contracted in Hawaii) Must possess valid legal authorization to work in the U.S. (e.g., work visa, permanent residency, or citizenship). Visa sponsorship is not provided. |
| Compensation | Base Salary + Incentives As a performance-driven business, we offer a highly rewarding commission structure based on your results. |
